Deborah Collett is the Broker of Sibley Realty & Associates, LLC. The real estate industry is in her DNA; her father, Wayne, founded Sibley Realty, and she worked side by side with her father, developing invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the metro Atlanta real estate market.
In addition to overseeing operations at Sibley Realty, she handles sales and property management in residential and commercial real estate throughout Metro Atlanta, focusing on West Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Carroll, and Polk Counties.
She works closely with buyers to find the homes that best fit their dreams, and with sellers to create maximum value. She also works with landlords to provide solid, effective property management, and with their tenants to make sure their homes are properly maintained and comfortable.
Debbie has a degree in business. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Paulding Board of Realtors, and has obtained her CNE and REO Management Pro designations.
She and her husband currently reside in south Paulding County. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. She stays actively involved in her community, and in her spare time enjoys watching baseball and college football, shopping for antiques, and spending time with family and friends.

Wayne Collett’s approach to real estate is simple: he takes time to get to know his clients and takes care of them like family.

He uses his 15-plus years of experience to provide the best outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Since joining Sibley Realty in 2009, Wayne has also been instrumental in assisting investors in building their real estate investment portfolios.

Wayne and his wife, Shelly, have 2 children, Josh and Katie, and currently reside in Powder Springs.
