Deborah Collett is the Broker of Sibley Realty & Associates, LLC. The real estate industry is in her DNA; her father, Wayne, founded Sibley Realty, and she worked side by side with her father, developing invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the metro Atlanta real estate market.
In addition to overseeing operations at Sibley Realty, she handles sales and property management in residential and commercial real estate throughout Metro Atlanta, focusing on West Cobb, Paulding, Douglas, Carroll, and Polk Counties.
She works closely with buyers to find the homes that best fit their dreams, and with sellers to create maximum value. She also works with landlords to provide solid, effective property management, and with their tenants to make sure their homes are properly maintained and comfortable.
Debbie has a degree in business. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Paulding Board of Realtors, and has obtained her CNE and REO Management Pro designations.
She and her husband currently reside in south Paulding County. They have three adult children and two grandchildren. She stays actively involved in her community, and in her spare time enjoys watching baseball and college football, shopping for antiques, and spending time with family and friends.

Pam Wise has more than 30 years of experience as a Realtor, joining Sibley Realty in 2011.
She has lived in Douglas County for 29 years, and her family grew up there. So she has priceless expertise for buyers and sellers in the Douglas County community. She also helps buyers and sellers in Carroll, Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, and Paulding counties, with both new construction and existing home sales.
Pam has proven herself time and time again throughout her career as a Realtor who takes exceptional care of her clients. She is a member of Prays Mills Baptist Church.

Tracy Painter is a long-time resident of Douglas County, with particular expertise in the West Georgia real estate market including Carroll, Douglas, Haralson, and Paulding counties.
Tracy’s approach to working with her clients is to start by listening. She takes the time to understand what each client—both buyers and sellers—wants to accomplish. She then creates
a customized plan for each project, combining her knowledge of the real estate market with specific details she’s learned from the client to deliver fast, effective results and make the buying or selling experience a success.
Tracy currently resides in Winston with her son. Her daughter lives nearby in Douglasville. When she’s not busy with work, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her grandchildren and being outside as much as possible. She is actively involved in her community and enjoys helping others.

Austin Howell is an up-and-comer in the real estate industry. He graduated from Chattahoochee Tech with a degree in welding, and spent years in the aerospace industry.
When he and his wife began looking for their first home, he became fascinated with real estate, and began soaking up knowledge on the mechanics and strategies involved in buying and selling homes. He enjoyed it so much that he earned his license and began immediately helping buyers and sellers accomplish their property goals. Keeping clients informed and educated throughout the process is one of Austin’s highest priorities.
He is a native of Cobb County and currently resides in Paulding County.
